Six miniatures for artist-level piano based on the poem “Ode to a Skylark,” by Percy Shelley.
The miniatures each take their names from lines from the poem:
- “Pourest thy full heart…”
- “The Pale Purple Even Melts…”
- “The Moon Rains Out Her Beams…”
- “Keen As Are the Arrows…”
- “Panted Forth a Flood of Rapture…”
